Within N.vest respectively tecnet only those employees have access to the personal data provided, if they require so for carrying out the above-mentioned purposes or their duties. Data may be forwarded or transmitted to processors and affiliates of N.vest and tecnet, where data may also be processed for the purposes as set out above. A written order processing agreement is concluded with the respective processors (service providers) whereby the processors are obliged to comply with all contractual and legal obligations incumbent on N.vest and tecnet and, as the case may be, also to secrecy or confidentiality standards.
Data transmission to countries outside the EU or the EEA (so-called third countries) may take place, provided that there is a legal basis for doing so.
Time of storage
Personal data is being processed and stored – where necessary – for ongoing communication, follow-up questions, internal communication and administration, as long as you hold up your consent, or for the duration of any contract / business relationship resulting therefrom and furthermore according to the legal storage and documentation obligations, arising from the respective provisions, such as Allgemeines Bürgerliches Gesetzbuch (ABGB), Unternehmensgesetzbuch (UGB), Bundesabgabenordnung (BAO) and the Regulation (EU) No. 966/2012 (if applicable).
